Amount of Reward for the "Second-class Glorious Soldier Medal" in 2021
Article 74 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP stipulates:
Individuals awarded various Medals, Certificates, Medals and also receive a reward of 1.5 times the statutory pay rate.
Currently, the statutory pay rate carried out according to Decree 38/2019/ND-CP is 1,490,000 VND.
Therefore, individuals awarded the "Second-class Glorious Soldier Medal" will receive a reward of 1.5 x 1,490,000 = 2,235,000 VND.
Clause 2, Article 68 of Decree 91 also stipulates: The reward amount after multiplying with the statutory pay rate factor is rounded up to the nearest ten thousand VND.
Thus, the rounded amount is 2,240,000 VND.
In summary, currently, individuals awarded the "Second-class Glorious Soldier Medal" will receive a reward of 2,240,000 VND.
