Aerial reconnaissance and patrol: Definition and Overview
Section 8, Article 3 of Circular 120/2020/TT-BQP (Effective from January 1, 2021) stipulates aerial reconnaissance patrols as follows:
Aerial reconnaissance patrol personnel are those directly responsible for operating the maritime surveillance system on aircraft performing aerial patrol missions as per their duties outlined in the equipment operation manual and pilot handbook, coordinating with the flight crew to execute the patrol flight mission.
The above is the definition of aerial reconnaissance patrol as stipulated in this Circular.
