08 Acts of Administrative Violations in the Field of National Defense

According to the provisions in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree 120/2013/ND-CP on administrative penalties in the field of national defense and cryptography issued by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, administrative violations in the field of national defense include:

- Violations of regulations on performing military service duties;

- Violations of regulations regarding the reserve forces;

- Violations of regulations on industrial mobilization;

- Violations of regulations relating to national defense industry activities;

- Violations of regulations on militia and self-defense forces;

- Violations of regulations on the protection of defense works and military zones; encroachment on defense land, homestead land, and housing managed by the Army;

- Violations of regulations concerning the use of military driving licenses, military motorcycle and automobile license plates, and military transport vehicle license plates;

- Violations of regulations on the use, purchase, sale, and production of military gear and insignia, and flags.

Note: Administrative violations related to the field of national defense as stipulated in the decrees on administrative penalties in land; health; social insurance; transportation; construction; management and use of state assets; security, order, social safety, and other fields are penalized according to the provisions in those Decrees.
