- Confirmation of completion of at least 30% of the work volume (for poor households and near-poor households repairing existing houses) □

2. About quality (Confirm whether or not quality requirements are met)

Pass □ Fail □

The minute is made into 04 copies; 01 copy kept by the household owner; 01 copy sent to the district Finance Department; 01 copy sent to the Commune People's Committee and 01 copy sent to the Commune-level Fatherland Front.
