What are regulations on price range for ground service package at airports under Group C of Vietnam?
According to the provisions of Article 19 of Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT, the content is regulated as follows:

Subjects paying service usage fees: units granted licenses to provide aviation services.

Subjects paying service usage fees: domestic carriers wishing to use this service at group C airports.

- Service content includes:
a) Aircraft take-off and landing services (accounting for 20% of the comprehensive ground service price); aircraft guidance fee (if any);
b) Ground technical and commercial services (based on ensuring the minimum needs of the flight and the actual capacity of each airport);
c) Terminal equipment usage services directly related to serving flights and rent for representative office space for carriers (excluding car parking fees);
d) Aircraft parking (free for the first 2 hours).
