Relatives of Martyrs Receiving Support for House Repairs: 20 Million or 40 Million?
According to Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 98/2013/TT-BTC, the support levels for each subject are regulated as follows:
- VND 40,000,000 (Forty million) per household for cases where the current house is severely damaged and must be demolished to build a new house.
- VND 20,000,000 (Twenty million) per household for cases where the frame, walls need to be repaired, and the roof of the existing house needs to be replaced.
Therefore, if your family's current house is severely damaged and must be demolished to build a new house, your family will receive support of VND 40,000,000.
If your current house needs to have its frame, walls repaired, and the roof replaced, you will receive support of VND 20,000,000.
