Regulations on the Template for Land Use Planning and Plan Dossiers

The templates for land use planning and plan documents are stipulated in Article 4 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTNMT. To be specific:

1. Templates for the national land use plan and the adjustment of the national land use plan include:

   a) National land use plan form as prescribed in Appendix No. 01 promulgated together with this Circular;

   b) Submission letter and consolidated explanatory report as prescribed in Appendices No. 04 and No. 05 promulgated together with this Circular;

   c) Current land use map, land use plan map, land use plan adjustment map, and specialized maps as prescribed in Appendix No. 08 promulgated together with this Circular.

2. Templates for the provincial land use plan and the adjustment of the provincial land use plan include:

   a) Provincial land use plan form and adjustment of the provincial land use plan form as prescribed in Appendix No. 02 promulgated together with this Circular;

   b) Submission letter and consolidated explanatory report as prescribed in Appendices No. 04 and No. 05 promulgated together with this Circular;

   c) Current land use map, land use plan map, land use plan adjustment map, and specialized maps as prescribed in Appendix No. 08 promulgated together with this Circular.

3. Templates for the district-level land use planning and the first-year land use plan of the district-level land use planning; adjustment of district-level land use planning and the first-year land use plan of the adjusted district-level land use planning include:

   a) District-level land use planning, land use plan, and adjustment of district-level land use planning and land use plan form as prescribed in Appendix No. 03 promulgated together with this Circular;

   b) Submission letter and consolidated explanatory report (enclosed with the Resolution of the District People's Council on the approval of land use planning) as prescribed in Appendices No. 04 and No. 05 promulgated together with this Circular;

   c) Current land use map; district-level land use planning map, first-year land use plan map of district-level land use planning; adjustment of district-level land use planning map, first-year land use plan map of adjusted district-level land use planning, and specialized maps as prescribed in Appendix No. 08 promulgated together with this Circular.

4. Templates for the annual district-level land use plan include:

   a) Annual district-level land use plan form as prescribed in Appendix No. 03 promulgated together with this Circular;

   b) Submission letter and consolidated explanatory report as prescribed in Appendices No. 04 and No. 05 promulgated together with this Circular;

   c) Annual district-level land use plan map and specialized maps as prescribed in Appendix No. 08 promulgated together with this Circular.

5. Templates for the decision to approve land use planning, land use plan, and the adjustment of land use planning and land use plan as prescribed in Appendix No. 06 promulgated together with this Circular;

6. Report on the results of the implementation of land use planning and land use plan as prescribed in Appendix No. 07 promulgated together with this Circular.
