Is a Torn Land Use Right Certificate Reissued?
Based on Clause 1, Article 76 of Decree 43/2014/ND-CP stipulating the reissuance of Certificates, Certificates of house ownership, and Certificates of construction ownership as follows:
- The reissuance of Certificates, Certificates of house ownership, and Certificates of construction ownership issued shall be carried out in the following cases:
a) Land users need to change the Certificate of house ownership, Certificate of construction ownership, or other types of Certificates issued before December 10, 2009, to the type of Certificate of land use rights, house ownership, and other assets attached to the land;
b) The Certificate, Certificate of house ownership, Certificate of construction ownership issued has become dirty, blurred, torn, or damaged;
Therefore, in the case where your family's red book is torn 1/4 of the outer cover. Therefore, when the red book is torn, it is necessary to go to the competent State agency to carry out the reissuance procedures mentioned above.
