How many hectares of protected forest can a household be allocated?
According to Clause 2, Article 6 of Decree 168/2016/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
Contractual Limits
For contractual work and service, the contractual limits are agreed upon by the contracting parties. In cases of stable contracting according to the production and business cycle, the contracting party shall base on the scale of the contracted area and the needs of the contracting party to agree and determine appropriate contractual limits, including:
- The contractual limit for individuals, as agreed, but not exceeding 15 hectares.
- The contractual limit for households, as agreed, but not exceeding 30 hectares.
- The contractual limit for village community groups, as agreed, but the total contracted area does not exceed the average area per household in the community, with a maximum of 30 hectares at the time of the contract.
=> Thus, according to the above regulation, the contracting of protective forest areas is agreed upon by the parties, but for households, the maximum contractual limit is 30 hectares.
Respectfully.
