Housing Standards for Officials, Members of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Vice President, and Equivalent Positions?
Standards for Official Residence for Members of the Politburo and Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party
Based on Clause 1, Article 4 of Decision 03/2022/QD-TTg (effective from April 15, 2022) stipulating the standards for official residences for central agencies as follows:
Members of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party are allocated rental official villas that meet the requirements as stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 3 of this Decision:
a) Land area ranging from 450 m^2^ to 500 m^2^;
b) Equipped with removable furniture including:
- Living room: 01 set of tables and chairs and 01 TV stand;
- Kitchen: 01 dining table set, 01 refrigerator;
- Bedroom: 01 wardrobe, 01 bed, 01 mattress;
- 01 set of working table and chairs; 01 washing machine.
c) The maximum budget for equipping removable furniture for this official villa is 350 million VND.
Standards for Official Residence for Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, and Equivalent Levels and Above
Furthermore, Clause 1 of this Article stipulates the standards for official residences for the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, and equivalent levels and above as follows:
Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, and equivalent levels and above are allocated rental official villas that meet the requirements as stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 3 of this Decision:
a) Land area ranging from 350 m^2^ to 400 m^2^;
b) Equipped with removable furniture as stipulated in point b, clause 1 of this Article;
c) The maximum budget for equipping removable furniture for this official villa is 300 million VND.
