According to Point a Clause 4 Article 95 of the Land Law 2013, regulations on cases requiring registration of changes are specified as follows:

- Land users, owners of assets attached to land perform the rights to exchange, transfer, lease, sublease, inherit, donate land-use rights, assets attached to land; mortgage, contribute capital using land-use rights, assets attached to land;

- Land users, owners of assets attached to land are permitted to change names;

Thus, the contribution of capital using land-use rights or assets attached to land must carry out the registration of land changes.
