Can a Mini Apartment Without a Pink Book Be Sold?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 118 of the Housing Law 2014, the following housing transactions do not require a Certificate of ownership (pink book). To be specific:
...
- Leasing, lending, allowing to stay at, authorizing housing management;- Receiving housing inheritance;- Transferring a commercial housing sale contract constructed within a housing development project, including cases where the house has been handed over from the investor but the dossier requesting the competent state authority to issue a Certificate of ownership for that house has not been submitted.
Based on the information you provided, you have a notarized sale contract with the investor but do not yet have a pink book. Therefore, if your apartment is constructed within a housing development project, you have the right to transfer the sale contract for that mini apartment.
Respectfully!
