What types of motor vehicles are included?
Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 03/2021/ND-CP (Effective from March 1, 2021) stipulates as follows:
Motor vehicles include road motor vehicles and specialized motorcycles, in which:
- Road motor vehicles include cars; tractors; trailers or semi-trailers pulled by cars, tractors; two-wheeled motorcycles; three-wheeled motorcycles; mopeds (including electric bicycles) and other types of vehicles with similar structures as stipulated by the Law on Road Traffic.
- Specialized motorcycles include construction machinery, agricultural machinery, forestry machinery, and other special-purpose vehicles used for defense, security purposes as stipulated by the Law on Road Traffic.
