What are duties and powers of the Inspection Department under the Vietnam Social Insurance?

Synthesize and report on the results of specialized inspection, unexpected inspection, inspection work, inspection coordination, inter-sectoral inspection, public reception, settlement of complaints, complaints and denunciations report according to regulations.

d) Assist the Provincial Social Insurance Director in proposing and recommending to competent state management agencies and superior agencies of the employer, health insurance medical examination and treatment establishments in the locality. province to handle violations of the law on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance. e) Join the interdisciplinary inspection team on inspection of the implementation of policies and regimes on social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance for units in the locality.

g) Coordinate with the Information Technology Department and related units in identifying and providing abnormal signs in the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance falls within the scope of functions and duties of the Provincial Social Insurance.

h) Guide the use and implementation of electronic transactions within the scope of functions and tasks of the division for the district Social Insurance and organizations and individuals in accordance with the law and the Social Insurance. Vietnamese Association.

i) Participate in and propose to competent authorities the formulation, amendment and supplementation of regimes and policies in the field of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance.
