Vietnamese Heroic Mothers to Be Reimbursed 100% of Medical Examination Costs

Based on Point b, Clause 1, Article 14 of Decree 146/2018/ND-CP:

1. Participants in health insurance, when undergoing medical examination or treatment, shall have their medical expenses covered by the health insurance fund within the entitlement limits with the following benefit levels:

- 100% of the costs of medical examination and treatment, and no limit on the reimbursement rate for drugs, chemicals, medical supplies, and technical services as stipulated by the Minister of Health for:

- Individuals who engaged in revolutionary activities before January 1, 1945;

- Individuals who engaged in revolutionary activities from January 1, 1945, to the August Revolution in 1945;

- Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.

Thus, in the case of being a Vietnamese Heroic Mother, 100% of the medical examination and treatment costs will be covered according to the above provision.
