Validity Period of Health Insurance Cards for Final Year Students

Point b Clause 7 Article 13 of Decree 146/2018/ND-CP stipulates the validity period of health insurance cards as follows:

The health insurance card is issued annually for students of higher education institutions and vocational education institutions, including:

- For first-year students of the course: The card is valid from the enrollment date, except for cases where the card of 12th-grade students is still valid;

- For final-year students of the course: The card is valid until the last day of the month in which the course ends.

The health insurance card of final-year students is valid until the last day of the month in which the course ends.

Please refer to this regulation and the month your course ends to determine the validity of your health insurance card.
