The Time of Pension Enjoyment for Female Employees Born in January 1970

Based on the provisions of Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 135/2020/ND-CP (effective from January 1, 2021):

From January 1, 2021, the retirement age of employees in normal working conditions is 60 years and 3 months for male employees and 55 years and 4 months for female employees; thereafter, each year the retirement age will increase by 3 months for male employees until reaching 62 years old in 2028 and by 4 months for female employees until reaching 60 years old in 2035.

Additionally, Appendix I Retirement Age Roadmap in Normal Working Conditions linked to the corresponding month and year of birth issued together with Decree 135/2020/ND-CP determines that a female employee born in January 1970 will start receiving a pension from June 2027.

Thus, in the case where you were born in January 1970, you will begin to receive your pension from June 2027 according to the regulations.
