The Time of Pension Enjoyment for Female Employees Born in August 1969

Based on the provisions of Clause 1 Article 4 of Decree 135/2020/ND-CP (effective from January 01, 2021):

From January 01, 2021, the retirement age for employees under normal working conditions is 60 years and 03 months for male employees and 55 years and 04 months for female employees; thereafter, each year, it increases by 03 months for male employees until reaching 62 years old in 2028 and by 04 months for female employees until reaching 60 years old in 2035.

At the same time, Appendix I, The Schedule for Retirement Age under Normal Working Conditions linked with the corresponding month and year of birth, issued with Decree 135/2020/ND-CP, determines that female employees born in August 1969 shall begin receiving pensions from September 2026.

Thus, in the case of a female employee born in August 1969, from September 2026, the employee shall begin to receive pensions as stipulated.
