Regulations on the Order and Procedures for Revoking Specialized Digital Certificates in the Social Insurance Sector
The order and procedures for revoking specialized digital certificates in the Social Insurance Sector are stipulated in Clause 2, Article 17 of the Regulations issued alongside Decision No. 1166/QD-BHXH in 2020. To be specific:
- For specialized digital certificates of the Government of Vietnam: Within twelve (12) hours from the time of receiving the request to revoke the digital certificate from the subscriber or the person responsible for requesting the revocation, the IT Center shall send the request to revoke the digital certificate according to Form 10-CTS of the Appendix attached to these Regulations to the certificate authority service provider to invalidate the digital certificate.
- For specialized digital certificates of the Social Insurance Sector: Within eight (8) hours from the time of receiving the request to revoke the digital certificate from the subscriber or the person responsible for requesting the revocation, the IT Center must proceed to invalidate the digital certificate.
