Proposal Dossier for Occupational Change Support
According to Article 14 of Decree 88/2020/ND-CP (effective from September 15, 2020), the dossier for proposing career transition support for employees suffering from work-related accidents or occupational diseases is stipulated as follows:
- A document from the employer requesting financial support for vocational training for employees suffering from work-related accidents or occupational diseases, according to Form No. 03 in the Appendix of this Decree.
- A certified copy of the Medical Examination Council's report on the level of reduced working capacity.
- A certified copy of the payment receipts for training expenses as prescribed.
