Principles of providing public services on the Public Service Portal of the One-Stop Public Service Portal of Social Insurance are stipulated in Article 4 of Decision 352/QD-BHXH 2020. To be specific:
- Administrative procedures are simple, clear, and convenient for users.
- Information, resolution time, and status of document processing are disclosed and transparent.
- Ensure close coordination among Social Insurance agencies, organizations, and individuals in the resolution of administrative procedures.
- Accurate, convenient, aiming to save time, effort, and costs for organizations and individuals; avoiding inconvenience and obstruction during the resolution process.
- Providing online public services must ensure integrity, safety, legal validity, and continuous operation 24/24 hours daily.
