Place to Submit Maternity Benefit Claims after Termination of Employment
Article 14 of Circular No. 59/2015/TT-BLDTBXH on the Dossier and Settlement of Maternity Policies is prescribed as follows:
The dossier and settlement for sickness benefits shall be implemented as per the regulations in Article 101, Article 102 of the Law on Social Insurance and Article 5 of Decree No. 115/2015/ND-CP.
Employees are responsible for submitting the dossier as prescribed to the employer, but no later than 45 days from the date of returning to work.
In cases where the employee terminates the labor contract, work contract, or leaves before the time of childbirth, adoption, or receiving a child for adoption, they shall submit the dossier and present the social insurance book to the social insurance agency at the place of residence.
=> According to the above regulations and the provided information, since you leave before the time of childbirth, you should submit the dossier and present the social insurance book to the social insurance agency at your place of residence (submit in Hung Yen).
