Lookup Document Status on the Public Service Portal of Social Insurance

Currently an employee of a company. The editorial board would like to inquire about: How is the process of checking the status of records on the Public Service Portal of social insurance regulated?

Lookup of Dossier Status on the Public Service Portal of Social Insurance as stipulated in Article 12 of Decision 352/QD-BHXH in 2020. Specifically:

  1. Information Displayed on the Dossier Status Lookup on the Public Service Portal and Lookup Points of Administrative Service Providers:

    - Social Insurance Agency handling the case;- Department handling the case;- Date of receipt;- Date of result delivery;- Dossier processing status: Social Insurance has received the dossier; Social Insurance is processing the dossier; Social Insurance has completed processing the dossier and a result is available; Social Insurance has delivered the result; Social Insurance has rejected the dossier.

  2. Methods of Performing Dossier Status Lookup Include:

    a) Online lookup at the address: http://dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn;

    b) Automated phone message (SMS) response system;
