After listening to the citizen's presentation, conducting a preliminary review of the relevant information, documents, and evidence provided by the citizen, the citizen reception officer must determine the following contents:
- The location and time of the incident;
- The individual, agency, organization, or unit being complained about or accused;
- The content of the complaint, denunciation, petition, reflection and the authorities responsible for resolving it;
- The subject of the complaint or accusation;
- The process of consideration, resolution, handling by the relevant authority, organization, unit (if any): The authority, organization, unit that has resolved the matter; the resolution results; the form of the decision document, disposition decision by the relevant authority, organization, unit;
- The citizen's request; reasons for the continued complaint, denunciation, petition, reflection, and new information, circumstances, evidence provided by the citizen in the case of continued complaint, denunciation, petition, reflection.
