Implementation of Technical Safety Inspection for Labor When the Inspector's Certification Expires: What Are the Consequences?
According to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 25 of Decree 28/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020) the regulations are as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 will be imposed on an inspector for performing inspections when the following violations occur: the inspector's certificate has expired; the inspection is beyond the scope specified in the inspector's certificate; the inspector's certificate has been revoked.
Therefore, when a labor safety technical inspector performs an inspection with an expired inspector's certificate, a fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 will be imposed.
