How are Obstructions to the Exercise of the Right to Strike or Incitement, Coercion, and Compulsion of Workers to Strike Handled?
According to the provisions of Point a, Clause 2, Article 33 of Decree 28/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), it is stipulated as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000 shall be imposed on any employee who commits one of the following acts:
a) Obstructing the exercise of the right to strike or inciting, enticing, or coercing employees to strike;

Therefore, when an employee obstructs the exercise of the right to strike or incites, entices, or coerces employees to strike, they shall be fined from VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000. For more information on the above issue, you can refer to Decree 28/2020/ND-CP.
