Financial Support Levels for Reinvestigating Occupational Accident and Disease Cases
According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 88/2020/ND-CP (effective from September 15, 2020), the level of financial support for re-investigation of occupational accidents and occupational diseases is regulated as follows:
The Occupational Accident and Disease Insurance Fund covers 100% of the costs for re-investigating occupational accidents and occupational diseases in accordance with current regulations, including:
- Per diem allowances for those participating in the investigation team;- Fees for hiring experts and appraisal costs;- Printing of materials related to the occupational accident or disease.
