Female workers born in February 1966: When are they eligible for retirement benefits?
Based on the provisions of Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 135/2020/ND-CP (effective from January 01, 2021):
From January 01, 2021, the retirement age for employees under normal working conditions is 60 years and 03 months for male employees and 55 years and 04 months for female employees; thereafter, each year, it increases by 03 months for male employees until reaching 62 years old in 2028 and increases by 04 months for female employees until reaching 60 years old in 2035.
At the same time, Appendix I on the retirement age roadmap under normal working conditions associated with the corresponding month and year of birth issued together with Decree 135/2020/ND-CP determines that male employees born in February 1966 will start receiving pensions from July 2021.
Therefore, in the case where your mother was born in February 1966, starting from July 2021, your mother will receive her pension as stipulated.
Respectfully!
