Female workers born in December 1966 are eligible for a pension starting from when?

Based on the provisions of Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 135/2020/ND-CP (effective from January 1, 2021):

From January 1, 2021, the retirement age for employees in normal working conditions is 60 years and 03 months for male employees and 55 years and 04 months for female employees; thereafter, each year, the retirement age will increase by 03 months for male employees until reaching 62 years old in 2028 and by 04 months for female employees until reaching 60 years old in 2035.

At the same time, Appendix I of the Retirement Age Roadmap in normal working conditions related to the corresponding month and year of birth issued together with Decree 135/2020/ND-CP stipulates that female employees born in December 1966 will start receiving pensions from September 2022.

Therefore, in the case where you were born in December 1966, you will start receiving your pension from September 2022 according to the regulations.
