Failure to Comply with the Occupational Safety Technical Inspection Procedures – What are the Penalties?
According to the provisions at Point a, Clause 2, Article 25 of Decree 28/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020) the regulations are as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 will be imposed on an inspector for one of the following acts:
a) Failing to follow the inspection procedures issued by the competent authority;

Therefore, when a labor safety technical inspector fails to follow the inspection procedures issued by the competent authority, he/she shall be fined from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000.
