Contents of Digital Certificates Used in the Social Insurance Sector
Content of the digital certificate used in the Social Insurance sector is regulated in Article 4 of the Regulation issued together with Decision 1166/QD-BHXH in 2020. To be specific:
- Name of the organization providing digital signature authentication services.
- Name of the subscriber.
- Digital certificate serial number.
- Validity period of the digital certificate.
- Subscriber's public key.
- Digital signature of the organization providing digital signature authentication services.
- Restrictions on the purpose and scope of use of the digital certificate.
- Restrictions on the legal liability of the organization providing digital signature authentication services.
- Cryptographic algorithm.
- Other necessary contents according to the regulations of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
