Contents of Statements and Periodic Information Provision at Provincial Social Insurance
Based on Point a, Clause 2, Article 4 of the Regulation on Statements and Information Provision to the Press of the Vietnam Social Security sector, issued together with Decision 1700/QD-BHXH in 2021, the contents of statements and periodic information provision at the provincial Social Insurance are as follows:
- Results of the implementation of the policies and guidelines of the Communist Party and the laws and policies of the State, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and centrally governed cities (provincial People's Committees) concerning Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), and Unemployment Insurance (BHTN).
- Contents of guiding documents on the operations of Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), and Unemployment Insurance (BHTN) by the provincial Social Insurance.
- The situation and results of the implementation of the political tasks of the provincial Social Insurance.
- Other contents related to the implementation of functions, tasks, and powers of the provincial Social Insurance.
Forms of Statements and Periodic Information Provision at Provincial Social Insurance
According to Point b, Clause 2 of this Article, the forms of statements and periodic information provision at the provincial Social Insurance are as follows:
- Periodically providing information to the press and updating information on the Provincial Social Insurance's portal, Fanpage, and Zalo OA.
- Providing information promptly and accurately to the portal of Vietnam Social Security and provincial People's Committees.
- Appointing spokespersons to provide information at the information provision conference of Vietnam Social Security and at press conferences of the provincial People's Committees when required.
- In necessary cases, providing information to the press in writing or directly at press briefings organized by the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Department, the Information and Communications Department, and the provincial Journalists’ Association.
