1. How much does it cost to buy compulsory insurance for non-commercial cars?

Thus, your Audi A4, which is a 4-seat car and is a personal transport vehicle not registered for business, the insurance purchase amount for it is 437,000 VND.
2. How much is the fine for not buying compulsory insurance for cars?
According to Clause 4, Article 21 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, as amended by Clause 11, Article 2 of Decree 123/2021/ND-CP, stipulating the penalties for violations of regulations concerning the conditions of motor vehicle drivers as follows:
- A fine of 400,000 VND to 600,000 VND shall be imposed for one of the following violations:
a) Persons from 16 to under 18 years old driving motorcycles with engine displacement from 50 cm3 and above;
b) Operators of cars, tractors and similar vehicles without or failing to carry a valid Civil Liability Insurance Certificate of the motor vehicle owner.
Therefore, the operator of a car who does not purchase compulsory insurance for the vehicle will be fined from 400,000 VND to 600,000 VND.
