Complaint and Reflection on Social Insurance (BHXH), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN), and Health Insurance (BHYT)

Pursuant to Point d Clause 2 Article 2 of Decision 378/QD-BHXH in 2020 stipulating petitions and complaints about Social Insurance (BHXH), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN), and Health Insurance (BHYT):

Petitions and complaints about BHXH, BHTN, BHYT are the presentations of opinions, aspirations, and proposals of individuals, agencies, and organizations to the Social Insurance agency, or persons in authority within the Social Insurance agency regarding the resolution of policies, policies of BHXH, BHTN, BHYT, or providing information about actions that have not been performed or perform unsatisfactorily according to the law by the Social Insurance agency, officials and public employees, laborers within the Social Insurance agency, or related agencies, organizations, and individuals.
