Complaint against Administrative Decisions in Vietnam Social Security: An Overview
Based on Point a, Clause 2, Article 2 of Decision 378/QD-BHXH in 2020, the complaint against administrative decisions in Vietnam Social Security is understood as follows:
Complaints against administrative decisions and administrative acts regarding social insurance (BHXH), unemployment insurance (BHTN), and health insurance (BHYT) refer to cases where citizens, agencies, or organizations request Vietnam Social Security authorities or individuals with authority within Vietnam Social Security to reconsider administrative decisions or administrative acts of the Vietnam Social Security authorities or those with authority within Vietnam Social Security in specialized inspection activities related to the payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance; conclusions from specialized inspections related to the payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance; decisions on administrative penalties concerning the payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance, and other administrative decisions or administrative acts regarding social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance when there are grounds to believe that such decisions or acts are illegal and infringe upon their rights or legitimate interests.
