Can one register to receive support under Resolution 68 if their ID card is lost?
According to Article 15 of Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg stipulating the application dossier for requesting support for employees temporarily suspending the performance of labor contracts, taking unpaid leave, specifically:
A copy of the agreement to temporarily suspend the performance of the labor contract, take unpaid leave.
A list of employees confirmed by the social insurance agency according to Form No. 05 in the Appendix issued with this Decision.
A certified copy or a copy with the original for comparison of one of the following documents: Documents proving the employee is pregnant; Birth certificate or Birth registration of the child; Adoption certificate; Decision to assign or receive alternative care for the child from a competent authority for the subjects specified in Clause 2, Article 14 of this Decision.
Thus, based on the above regulations, the employer will be responsible for making a list of employees on unpaid leave to receive support according to Resolution 68. In addition, for this support application, it is not required to present the ID card. Therefore, you can still register to receive support.
