Are There Limits to the Number of Times Female Workers Can Receive Maternity Benefits When Giving Birth?
Based on Article 31 of the 2014 Social Insurance Law, which stipulates the conditions for receiving maternity benefits, female employees who give birth and meet the required period of participation in social insurance will be entitled to maternity benefits upon childbirth. Furthermore, there is no limit to the number of times female employees can receive maternity benefits when giving birth.
Therefore, as long as the conditions for receiving maternity benefits upon childbirth are met, female employees will be entitled to these benefits.
