Currently, the year-end review forms for teachers who are also communist party members arre Form 02A-HD KD.DG and Form 02B-HD KD.DG issued together with Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW 2023.
In particular, Form 02A-HD KD.DG applies to individuals who do not hold leading or managerial positions and Form 02B-HD KD.DG applies to individuals who hold leading or managerial positions.

What are the guidelines for completing sefl-reviews made in Form 02A-HD KD.DG by teachers in Vietnam?
For teachers who are communist party members not holding leading or managerial positions, the following guidelines can be referred to for completing sefl-reviews made in Form 02A-HD KD.DG:
- Fill in the name of the CPV committee or cell at the top of the page.
- Record the day, month, and year of the preparation of the review.
- Complete all personal information, full name, date of birth, work unit (school or your workplace), and the CPV cell you are a part of.
I. Advantages and Achievements
1. Political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; spirit of solidarity, unity within the unit:
Evaluation can be based on the following criteria:
- Political quality: I always adhere to the Communist Party's policies, the State's policies, and laws. Always conscious of enhancing political bravery, avoiding signs of degeneration, "self-evolution", and "self-transformation".
- Ethics and lifestyle: Always maintain ethical qualities, and have a healthy, simple, and economical lifestyle. In work and life, I always set an example, not violating any of the things communist party members should not do.
- Spirit of solidarity: Always actively building a relationship of solidarity with colleagues, supporting one another, and maintaining good relations within the subdivision.
- Discipline awareness: Always comply with the school and subdivision's regulations. Have self-discipline and responsibility in work.
Self-assess performance levels: Self-evaluate according to levels: Excellent > Good > Average > Poor
2. Implementation of assigned duties and results of achieving assigned targets and tasks in the year:
- Ensure completion of teaching programs for subjects according to the school's plan, achieve targets on the proportion of excellent and good students and reduce the rate of weak students.

- Always actively involved in scientific research and initiatives to improve teaching methods to enhance students' learning quality.
