Pursuant to subsection 1, Section II, Program promulgated together with Decision 1734/QD-BYT in 2022, the objectives of the training program for the professional title of pharmacist are set out:
“II. OBJECTIVES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAM
1. Goals
1.1. General objective
Equip general knowledge about state management, update and improve professional knowledge and skills, in order to improve the quality of the staff of pharmacists, contributing to health care, protection and improvement activities. people.
1.2. Detail goal
After completing the program, students can:
1) Analyze some basic contents of state management applied in pharmaceutical field.
2) Fostering knowledge and developing professional skills associated with the pharmacist's responsibilities and duties according to the requirements of the job position, meeting the assigned work.
3) Apply some necessary soft skills in pharmacy practice.”
Accordingly, the organization of the training program for the standard of the pharmacist title is to achieve the general and specific goals as prescribed above.

Pursuant to subsection 1, Section VI, Program promulgated together with Decision 1734/QD-BYT in 2022 has set requirements for the compilation of materials in the training program on standards for pharmacist professional titles:
"REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTATION, TEACHING AND LEARNING THEMES
1. For document compilation
- The compiled documents must be based on the standards for the professional title of Pharmacist for the position of public employee before the appointment of the professional title;
- The content of the document must ensure a combination of theory and practice; knowledge, experience and practical skills; unduplicated;
- Documents must be regularly supplemented, updated, enhanced, in line with reality;
- The topics developed must ensure practicality; scientific content, suitable for learners' level and in an open and up-to-date direction on Pharmacists in particular and health sciences in general."
Accordingly, the compilation of documents in the training program for the professional title of pharmacist is carried out in accordance with the above regulations.
What requirements must be met by lecturers and students in the training program for the professional title of pharmacist according to Vietnamese regulations?
Pursuant to subsection 2, Section IV, the Program issued together with Decision 1734/QD-BYT in 2022 has set forth the following requirements for lecturers and students:

2.1. For lecturers
- Trainers in training topics of this Program must meet the standards of lecturers as prescribed in Decree No. 101/2017/ND-CP dated September 1, 2017 on training and fostering cadres and civil servants. Officials, Decree 89/2021/ND-CP dated October 18, 2021 amending Decree No. 101/2017/ND-CP and Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BNV dated January 8, 2018 of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam guiding a number of articles of Decree No. 101/2017/ND-CP dated September 1, 2017 of the Government on training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees and current regulations;
- Using active teaching methods, lecturers give many case exercises, give examples that are close to reality and suitable to the implementation of health care work of agencies and organizations;
- In class discussions, lecturers play the role of guides and suggestions to promote the practical experience and problem-solving ability of all students; orient and control so that the discussion content adheres to the set learning objectives.
- For the teaching of skills topics, it is necessary to strengthen discussion and problem solving so that students can exchange in class.
2.2. For students
- Students must research, discuss and do case studies at the request of the lecturer;
- Participating in planned learning activities, if you miss more than 20% of the theoretical study time, fail the final exam and essay, you will not be eligible for a certificate."
