Full name; date of birth; position in the Party and government, organization role (if any) along with the working unit and the name of the Party cell.
(2) Strengths and achievements
- Regarding political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; spirit of solidarity and unity within the organization; sense of discipline, responsibility to set an example, implementation of things CPV members must not do; style and working method.
