According to Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW 2023, specific regulations about the end-of-year classification levels for evaluating party members are stipulated in Article 12 of Regulation 124-QD/TW 2023 as follows:
- Outstandingly complete the tasks
- Well complete the tasks
- Complete the tasks
- Fail to complete the tasks
If there are shortcomings or violations occurring before the evaluation year but by the evaluation time, the competent authority decides to discipline, the higher-level committee shall adjust the classification result to the level of not completing the tasks based on the form of discipline and the timing of the violation.
In case the individual self-discovers and rectifies the consequences, careful consideration of factors such as motive, nature, extent of the violation, and circumstances is necessary to have a suitable re-evaluation decision.
The decision to annul the old classification result and recognize the new result will be conducted according to Form 03 in Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW 2023. At the same time, it directs relevant agencies to annul the contents related to emulation and commendation (if any) to ensure consistency with current regulations.

What is the membership fee rate for members of Communist Party of Vietnam in armed forces units?
Based on Section 1, Part B of the Regulation on party membership fee policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW 2010, which regulates the subjects and monthly party membership fee rates. To be specific:
The monthly income of party members to calculate the party membership fee includes: salary, various allowances; wages; subsistence; other income. members of Communist Party of Vietnam with regular income determine the membership fee according to the proportion (%) of the monthly income (not deducting personal income tax); for party members who find it difficult to determine income, a specific monthly fee is stipulated for each type of subject.
