Plan for Organizing Inspection and Examination of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam with Training Institutions

Approval of the Plan for organizing inspection and examination of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam.

To be specific, guidance for training institutions on the plan for organizing inspection and examination of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam is as follows:

Examination Stage:

- Select faculty members to join the inspection team for the examination process conducted by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET); organize training on inspection tasks for faculty members of the training institution.

- The head of the training institution, which has faculty members appointed as the Head of the Inspection Team, must approve the inspection plan after coordinating with the training institution having the faculty members as part of the inspection team.

- Carry out the inspection of the examination organization and the inspection tasks as directed by the Department, Examination Council, and MOET at the examination points.

Grading Stage:- Delegate 02 faculty members of the training institution to join the MOET’s inspection team to oversee the grading process and the inspection tasks of the Department/Examination Council.

Funding for Organizing Inspection and Examination of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam

- The Inspection Department of MOET is responsible for budgeting, paying, and settling expenses for inspection teams handling exam preparation, re-assessment, and unexpected inspections by MOET.

- The Office of MOET will handle payments and settlements for the national-level Steering Committee and MOET leaders.

- Training institutions will handle payments and settlements for their faculty members who are mobilized by MOET for training, and for participating in the examination and grading inspection teams in accordance with Circular 69/2021/TT-BTC and current regulations, and the internal financial regulations of the institution.

- The Department of Education and Training will handle payments and settlements for officials and public employees attending core training sessions and participating in the inspection teams of the Department, and for officials and public employees appointed by the Department to join the grading inspection teams mobilized by MOET in accordance with Circular 69/2021/TT-BTC and current regulations, and the internal financial regulations of the unit.

In the event that the Exam must be organized in multiple sessions, the inspection and examination of each session will be carried out following this Plan.
