- Possess a business registration suitable for the scope of work of the package. In the case of a consortium contractor, there must be a consortium agreement, in which one contractor representing the consortium plays the role of lead contractor, being jointly responsible and committed to executing the work according to the division of responsibilities among the contractors. Each contractor in the consortium must have a business registration appropriate to the work assigned;- Have sufficient capacity and experience to execute the work as per the EPC contract, such as: having design experience; having the capacity and experience in performing as a construction contractor for projects or packages with equivalent technical requirements and scale; and having organizational units within the contractor for design consultancy, fabrication, supply of materials, equipment, and construction;- Be able to meet the financial requirements of the project or package and demonstrate the ability to mobilize resources to implement the EPC contract.
