Individuals Within the Time Limit for Discipline Are Not Considered for Commendation in the Ministry of Planning and Investment

According to the new regulations, in the following cases, collectives and individuals will not be considered for commendation in the Planning and Investment sector:

- During the period when the competent authority is considering disciplinary actions or under investigation, inspection, examination when there are signs of violations or there are complaints and accusations being verified.- Those who have been disciplined but the disciplinary period has not ended; those who have been convicted but the conviction has not been expunged.

According to Circular 07, in addition to the above cases, individuals are not awarded the Commemorative Medal "For the cause of the Planning and Investment sector of Vietnam" in the following cases:

- Individuals who have been awarded one of the following Commemorative Medals: Commemorative Medal "For the cause of the Planning and Investment sector of Vietnam", Commemorative Medal "For the cause of Vietnamese Statistics";- Those who voluntarily leave the unit.
