Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has just issued Official Dispatch 1201/BHXH-CD regarding the receipt of applications for one-time social insurance benefits and maternity benefits.

The subordinate social insurance units shall implement the receipt of dossiers for one-time social insurance settlement and maternity benefits as guided below:

- Dossiers for one-time social insurance benefits, dossiers for maternity policies of those who have resigned, been demobilized, or discharged before giving birth or adopting a child; received dossiers as prescribed in Decision 166/QD-BHXH (do not guide employees to submit dossiers at the district or town social insurance office where they reside);

- The lists of beneficiaries and the processing time of dossiers are still implemented as current;

- Transferring the lists of social insurance beneficiaries: Transfer via FTP transmission path with the folder name "CHI_QDD/N2019" (Notification 917/TB-BHXH on setting up file transfer path for disbursement and settlement according to Decision 166/QD-BHXH).
