The Ministry of Transport recently signed and issued Circular No. 20/2019/TT-BGTVT to announce the water areas of seaports within the territory of Khanh Hoa province, the water areas of Phan Rang Bay seaports in Ninh Thuan, and the area under the management of Nha Trang Maritime Administration.
one of the contents mentioned in Circular 20/2019/TT-BGTVT is the detailed regulation of the scope of the waters of Khanh Hoa seaport in the Cam Ranh Bay area. To be specific:
- The boundary in the sea: is limited by straight lines connecting sequentially the points in the order C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, TC, C8, C9, C10, and C11 with the following coordinates:
- C1: 11°58’08.8”N, 109°12’24.9”E;- C2: 11°56’51.3”N, 109°11’46.5”E;- C3: 11°55’32.9”N, 109°11’30.6”E;- C4: 11°54’40.8”N, 109°11’09.5”E;- C5: 11°53’56.3”N, 109°10’27.8”E;- C6: 11°52’56.7”N, 109°11’46.2”E;- C7: 11°52’14.3”N, 109°12’13.5”E;- C8: 11°51’40.2”N, 109°13’37.3”E;- C9: 11°51’06.0”N, 109°13’16.0”E (Mui Nam);- C10: 11°50’34.0”N, 109°12’52.0”E;- C11: 11°48’10.0”N, 109°13’46.0”E;- C12: 11°46’54.0”N, 109°12’00.0”E.
- The boundary on land: from point C12 runs along the coastline to the north through Mui Ba Tien and Mui Sop, follows the coast of Cam Ranh Bay southward through Mui Ong Dinh to the north of the bay to the safe corridor of Long Ho Bridge, runs along the safe corridor of the bridge to the middle point of the safe corridor of Long Ho Bridge and connects with point C1.
