Vietnam: Requirements for contents of training program

Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam on recruitment, employment, and training applicable to vocational education teachers was issued on March 08, 2017. According to this Circular, contents of training program must meet the following requirements:

One, the contents reflect training objectives; stipulate learners’ qualifications after completion of the courses; scope and structure of contents, methods, and forms of training; performance assessment after completion of the courses;

Two, the contents ensure the scientific, modern, systematic, practical and flexible to meet the change of the labor market; ensure the connection between training programs;

Three, the contents shall be periodically updated in conformity with technology in business.

Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam takes effect from May 01, 2017.
