The Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 15/2019/NĐ-CP on providing guidelines for some articles and implementation of the Law on Vocational Education.
According to Decree No. 15/2019/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, currently, there are 02 forms of International Joint Training Programs, each form will have different linking methods, specifically as follows:
The joint training program is entirely run in Vietnam:
- Based on the programs developed by both parties and provide Vietnamese qualifications and certificates;
- Based on the programs transferred from foreign countries and recognized by international training organizations and provide Vietnamese qualifications and certificates;
- Based on the foreign programs or programs developed by both parties and recognized by international training organizations. Such programs are designed to provide foreign qualifications and certificates;
- Based on the programs transferred from foreign countries and recognized by international training organizations. Such programs are designed to provide Vietnamese and international qualifications and certificates.
The joint training program is partially run in Vietnam and in a foreign country:
- Based on the foreign programs recognized by international training organizations and provide Vietnamese qualifications and certificates;
- Based on the foreign programs recognized by international training organizations and provide foreign qualifications and certificates;
- Based on the foreign programs or programs developed by both parties and recognized by international training organizations. Such programs are designed to provide both Vietnamese and foreign qualifications and certificates.
