Storage warehouses for weapons and explosives must have 03 independent compartments

This is one of the requirements regarding the area and volume allowed to be stored in an arsenal and explosives storage warehouse as stipulated in Circular 169/2018/TT-BQP issued by the Ministry of National Defense on December 13, 2018.

According to Circular 169, specific requirements regarding the area of warehouses for weapons, explosives, and explosive-like materials for reception and collection are listed as follows:

- The warehouse must have 3 independent rooms, including:

- A room for storing weapons, explosives, and tools that are received and collected and are sensitive to explosion due to impact, friction, highly flammable, and very dangerous;- A room for storing weapons, explosives, and tools that are received and collected and possess other explosive properties;- A room for storing weapons, explosives, and tools that are received and collected that are easy to ignite, and smoke grenades that can spontaneously combust.

- Each room must have a usable area not smaller than 15 m², and the warehouse must not exceed 100 m² in total area;

- The premises of the warehouse for weapons, explosives, and tools that are received and collected with explosive properties must comply with legal regulations.
