For units with fewer than 50 employees per unit according to Point a Clause 1 Article 10 of Decree 04/2019/ND-CP, the usage norms of cars serving general work for this group of units are determined according to the following formula:

Usage norms of cars serving general work (car)	=	The number of units with fewer than 50 employees (unit)	: 3

Note: In case the result has a fraction of 0.5 or more, it shall be rounded up to 01 car; in case the result has a fraction of less than 0.5, it shall be rounded down.

For units with 50 or more employees per unit according to Point b Clause 1 Article 10 of Decree 04/2019/ND-CP, the usage norms of cars serving general work of this group of units are determined according to the provisions of Clause 1 Article 3 of Circular 24/2019/TT-BTC.
